Edge Catering was born in the year 1998 under the original name of Rivers Edge Catering in Tucson, AZ. We pride ourselves in providing skillful and exemplary event execution for our corporate, private, and non profit clients in southern AZ for decades. From black tie galas, to small and large weddings, and private events, Edge will exceed your highest expectations for celebrations of all sizes. Edge Catering caters over 300 weddings a year and we focus on executing and providing a fine dining experience at all of our events, made possible by our highly skilled staff and attention to detail from event start to finish.
Edge Catering is owned and operated by Kendell and Jason Hartenbach and Rose and Patrick Fahey. Kendell, Jason, Rose, and Patrick have over 100 years of combined experience in the operation of restaurants and catering across Arizona. The group also owns and manages The Mobile Bistro and the Tohono Chul Garden Bistro. The Mobile Bistro is a catering company focused on providing daily meals to behavioral health, assisted living, and rehabilitation facilities.

Managing Members
Kendell, Rose, Patrick, and Jason have over 80 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry. They have opened and ran multiple award winning restaurants in Tucson.
Michael Montesano
Executive Chef
Classically trained in French and Italian cuisine, Michael has been transforming and elevating classical dishes for 15+ years. Chef Michael has helped develop the variety that is Tucson cuisine and is eager to make your catering vision a reality.
Kelly French
General Manager
Kelly has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Prior to being named General Manager of Edge Catering, she ran our sister property, the Tohono Chul Garden Bistro. Kelly hosts upwards of 300 successful catering events every year.

Based in Tohono Chul Park, the Tohono Chul Garden Bistro allows for some of the finest and most unique dining in Southern Arizona. With locally sourced ingredients and dishes to please all, the bistro is the perfect place to bring guests from out of town looking to experience all Tucson has to offer. Join us for brunch, lunch, or mid afternoon drinks with friends!
The Mobile Bistro is the newest concept by the Hartenbach’s and Fahey’s. The Mobile Bistro is a catering service that focuses on providing daily meals to clients throughout Arizona. Currently the Mobile Bistro is providing 600 meals a day to clients throughout the Tucson and Phoenix areas.
